Missing Compensation Packs

Hello, I'm Neith from Kong Server 2,

and I was just wondering what is happening with the different compensation packs for our servers, I know personally I lost a few support passes, and have not seen or heard anything since then. This was reported on the right forums, in the indicated time. I don't know if I had just fallen through the cracks or is this something that Kong servers have been dealing with a whole. I just want to know.
