An issue with nymph

ME yesterday recharged 1k of gc for buy a nymph stones and upgrade to 13 stars but today i see my nymph back to 12 stars but! the gc of recharged dont back! what will do now?! i payed for gc of dont back
I WANT BACK TO 13 STARS MY NYMPH OR THE GC BACK!!
