VIP first gameplay trial

Having some problems regarding with this vip trial i got in between lvl 30-35, its supposed to last half an hour? (I think) but with my character, the vip trial lasted for almost a week.
Now, I cant use the the vip card i got from recharging. Help, i just want this bug to be fixed soon. Thank you.

The ticket number is missing. Ive tried creating twice, but it only says here, 'your ticket# is'

I believe he meant that the 30min trial did not end and he is now stuck at a state which says he is using VIP trial, even though it should have ended. As a result of that he cannot use the proper VIP card to activate his VIP.

There are different VIP trials, the one you get from the quest around levels you mention is supposed to last half a hour its not a bug or error.
