Bugs on Artifact event

Its has been 5 event pass that my artifact event showing as the screen shot below.
I thought I've cap for this event.

Currently I'm at lvl 14 for Artifact and my friend said that this event cap at the lvl 15.
Hope someone can help me with this bug.

As far as i remember you cant upgrade artifact until your enchant is maxed, so that may be reason your event shows that way.
If issue continue after you max your enchant, please post again here.

The Artifact event is up again today and I already max my use for magic luna in enchanting artifact few days ago... it still the same.

Posting about it every week will not make it fixed faster and also it is against forum rules.
