ok i am not if this is i bug byt anyway il tell so

i have the bounty alerting me all the time that i have gyest done byt i havent anything so i tried to clear cache/hystori etc refrese even ccleaner nothing us you can see in the pic i havent done any bounty byt still yet the alert me

It's because of the event... This week they added more bounty quests, so the icon is always shining to let you know you have more bounty quests available.
If you do them all it will stop.

I have asked for a confirmation of event since there is no information about it. I will post when they give me an answer. I apologize that I wasn't aware of it to let you all know.
