55 NM MPD Drops

Is it intentional that level 50 Purple gear from the 55 NM MPD are bound?

Every other equipment drop from other MPDs are unbound. Why are the purple drops from 55 MPD bound?

No, it isn't, and it shouldn't... I never saw any bound gear dropping from dungeons.
Though I know that if for example you put that gear in convert/evolve in blacksmith, just to check how many crystals/stones you need, it will bound them. But refreshing should cancel that buggy bound.
Is your gear bound seriouly when it drops, or it becomes bound after ?
