Data overflow Report thread ( please read before posting )

The techs want a update on the Data Overflow issue from the players

1) server name and character name is required with each post
2) A screenshot of the data overflow message is required or any other message
3) browser used is required
4) date it happened.

as much information as possible please.... IE: no lag or lag, happens at middle or end of DCM or other event, flash crashed .......but do not post things like its a server issue, fix it or it happens all the time ( without any other information )

This is information for the server techs so it needs to be short, clear and concise please

S42 Character Girly, no screen shot, but it will happen again, maybe then I can screen shot it. Using Firefox. Just happened, kicked me out of cage match because i tried to click on someone to start a fight. 20-Dec-2013 20:17 server time. The game always lags, so I don't know what you mean by asking that. Of course the game was lagging. The only two states of this game are bad lag and unplayable lag. During holy land before cage match we were in the first state, only bad lag. And yes, this is the 4th time this has done this to me in the past two weeks. Same scenario each time, try to click a player in cage match, get an error message and the game will not load until cage match has 2 minutes left.

jetshock (s6) 12/13/2013 my family plays dragon pals, and two of them were in cage match, when data over flow took all of us out of the game. at this point, i had disabled the pepperflash api, (i use chrome), while my wife was on firefox, and my daughter was on opera.

finally managed to duplicate the data overflow issue

s1 US east, character name. kitwritten... using comodo dragon browser ( using secure dns server ) single window, single account

zero lag, but game hung on obtaining data message at end of DCM,, players showing as running around but nothing was clickable on the screen....

refreshed the game, game part loading to * loading game main program 4/5 * then timing out until * unable to connect to server * message comes up...

total down time was 6 minutes





Running 2 monitors ( 3rd monitor is not running ) with multiple browsers and windows open, Game running on primary, monitor, with forums and Chat running on secondary monitor....with a separate modem and seperate router ( been using router for 3 days, brand new ), am streaming movies from Net to tv using router and internet@tv and using android phone on wireless router access point

start of DCM on S1 us East.... using comodo dragon incognito window, single character, single window.... unstable network message before DCM started, happened when trying to open arena rewards box...... accidently clicked on the same box during DCM and this happened

S24 Char name Riptide Using comodo dragon no lag working fine then got it, not a normal occurrence but happens enough. Once you get it players run around and nothing updates such as the leader board or the chat but timer keeps going. If you wait it out for me there was 7 minutes left then refresh it doesnt disconnect still need to wait but it seems to allow you in with out the 10-15 minute normal wait. I've had a time when a friend refreshed after then got me to login to finish there cage match, I could not login to there char even though im 5k kilometers away. and you can login from any other char you want just not the char that had that happen. Today was 03/01/2014

data overflow crash during cage match

Happened again, S42 the moors, player name girly, using firefox, nothing else running.



This is the page that fails to load after the error.


The game did not reload for 20 minutes. For some reason, every time this occurs for me the game is SOL for 20 minutes. When it did reload it tried to bring me in as a new character, refresh solved that problem. Date of error is 5 Jan 2014, server time 20:29.
