    CSC (Cross Server Challenge) still not open yet again

    I do not understand why in other servers such as oceanic "CSC" already have held even entering the final round of 16 right now
    while my server US-west and US-east have still not been at the start . We are really disappointed and feel on this server were to ignored

    hopin we get explanation about that
