S39 Did not reset

ok we are seeing 2 different sets of times on s39 and it did not reset till it hit 4 on the old time. Honto,sees the old times before DST maintenance last night and i see new times. the server finally reset at 4 Honto's time and 5 my time according to what the server time was that we were seeing.

we are suggesting that players clear their cache and cookies ( works for some players ) or change browsers as the changes in time are not correctly displaying for some players...

players in oceanic regions are seeing other issues and some of those should resolve themselves when the time zones officially change with the DST regional times then we can deal with the issues
