Cant claim daily vip reward

I claimed my VIP reward yesterday after reset like I always do.

and now after reset, it is still REDEEMED. and after several refresh, nothings changed..

same things happening to other players in s25.

I cant claim it now, and please dont tell us to wait for next reset and loose our daily vip reward for today. we don't wanna lost the reward for today and the vip points we suppose to get. for we paid for it already.

please fix.

its the only option, we can not manually change the daily rewards system as its a automatic system
