Vip expired to soon?

when i joined this game one of my first purchases has been a vip 6 months pack,
now, 3 months playing, my vip expires..
what the hell has happened to my remaining 3 months?

well, i'm sending in a ticket soon as i find all the receipts of purchases i made. can't show exactly what i purchased in game on those, but they do show how much i recharged, hope thatll help resolve this fast.

http://www.r2games.com/user click on that and check order history... it should list every transaction you have done, both completed or incompleted.....

and yes, please file a ticket and post the number, I will special request a review for you since its a vip issue
