A2: It count as purchase when you purchase the plan (the first purchase). As for the following months, need to see already.

1) The plan exist from now on. It is not a short weekend event. It is permanent.

2) The plan is counted as a purchase and will reward you with the VIP point usage. The gold you will receive in return will not give you VIP points when you spend it.
It's counted as non market gold.
