People using alt accounts

What are the rules on using alt accounts? espcially as farms for the cage match and the other match event after it?

I made a support ticket on this issue last week against a player on server 11 with 7 screenshots of the player talking to me on both his alt accounts and his main account and confessing to it and saying it isnt against rues nothing is done about it and still playing ingame on all accounts and I was asked to in future bring it up on the forums. Anyway here is 2 more screenshots for whoever is dealing with people using alt accounts (if it is against the rules and if it is a punishable offence).

There are no rules against making 2+ more accounts. The only thing that might be wrong is if the usernames were inappropriate, but other than that, it's perfectly fine

not against the rules? this could lead to serious multi account abuse in the game...espcially given you can exclusively sell items to 1 particular player and abuse the mp dungeon system... for example purple crystals would become common, players would make alt accounts just to go to the mp dungeon for them each day...also you may want to inform the vets of this as before i spent any money on this game i asked a direct question to them of if using alt accounts was allowed and shareing accounts and they informed me that it was against the rules and would be punished with a ban

Does that not cover the abuse of entering cage match and devil melee with your alt accounts when you strip them of all equipment before you enter? or selling yoursef mp dungeon and demon tower exclusive items to boost your main character?

As I responded to your pm, thank you for bringing it to our attention but we have no rules about having more than one account on DragonPals. Your ticket was investigated, there was no proof of abusing any features of the game. Closing this thread.
