why invite to guild must realtime ? not sent to mail

I want invite new member to our guild , but to many myfriend offline . so , it should be sent to mail as notice and 30 days of expired time invite . thx

To invite people to your guild, click on Friends tab, then drop down a menu and scroll down. You will see a shield and a + next to the ones without guilds. If anything, go to Mail, then compose a message, and you can send a letter to each friend.
