In the event that lasted until yesterday, I got enough points to exchange for a envy ring box, but when I opened the box, I did not receive my item, I have not received the ring and I wonder why.

Just check your enchanted rings inventory -_- im 100% sure its there

^^ Hotscrock is right. But enchanted rings won't be in inventory but instead, they would be placed in enchanted rings tab where you put runestones on it!
