I've been trying to get in, but after I log in and allow flash to be used, I keep getting message that web page is temporarily down or moved to new site.

this has been an ongoing issues for many players. if you can, try logging in using other browsers such as Microsoft Edge or IE. It was the only way I & others in my guild could get into the game when we couldn't get in using chrome. a few days later, I'm back to using chrome & haven't experienced any problems.
