My shards dissapeared after reset

Hello. I had many shards and after reset they vanished. I cannot collect anything, And ai hade adv bleess shar Iv/ II/Soulstone shard IV/II, I,II etc. Can Help me?thnak You very much.

I think you actually raised a lvl in raiders and after reset it opened you the new lvl. Check the previous lvl.

Simply change back to the L you previously had
