Evolve totems not working

Sirs:

I have a level 30 garnet totem that i would like to take to the next level i have bought all the material (8) pieces in total but it will not recognize my totem as being level 30 and it clearly states 30/30... Can this problem be resolved by you or am i missing a step... It seems like a simple process that is not working today.

It would be nice if it stated that 2 were needed.

You need 1 main totem to upgrade and 1 material to sacrifce. Pretty clear to me...
