Cannot exchange the two santa shards i have to ''real'' ones??







It says I have insufficent shards....but I have 2, so I ought to be able to exchange two?? I think??

Must put wrong shard in Lorelei event and now calling us to swap em.

Shanrou, u can't swap cause u have all the real one, purple shard is the right shard. The wrong one is the gold santa shards that needs 250 to synth (if Im not wrong to remember since I can't check due to server maintenance)
