Alchemy and VIP

The Alchemy has charged me diamonds to collect when i have 8 free attempts to collect remaining.Also it says ive collected my VIP bonus but i havnt.Also there is no Twilight cash to collect for anyone in guild.

Normally when VIP has been collected it will say collected and it will be grey, it will not have the word "collected" in red to the side. I refreshed the page and it showed up as already collected.

It would not let me collect alchemy either:


As you can see there are 8 attempts left but when I clicked on it it wasted 10 of my diamonds and would not let me collect again (I don't mind the diamonds it was only 10), but I do want the rest of my gold from that event.

The dragonsoul pts chest didn't refresh:


As you can see, I haven't yet played the game but it already says I've collected the prizes.

Had the same thing.
Did dragon-soul anyway, and I could collect them.
People having alchemy/vip issues, on my server as well but I didn't encountered them.

2 days cant collect vip rewards and no alchemy attempts and i have 8 so loosing bunch gold and rewards

hope can be fixed fast

I and a bunch of other on 205 has the same problem.

Alchemy attempts broken (this puts a serious hamper in getting devotion goals)

Other people on the server are fine and it works as usual. It isn't server wide, only affects a few people it seems and we are the unlucky ones.

Can this please be fixed ASAP.

VIP also unable to collect, it says collected but I haven't ...
