problem with shopping in the events group buy. second day buy topaz herosouls, but they are not getting . just threw 400 vouchers.

collected 2 times in a house of cards, bought 2 times in group buying, got 50 level. should be 120 topaz herosouls pack. 1200 souls. where is it?

today i have 50 lvl. and prizes 50 topaz herosuols pack. but nothing.

in inventory nothing. and in tavern nothing too. missing 120 topaz herosoul pack.
