Hi, can anyone tell me how VIP subscription is working? I think is totally broken!!

Last month, VIP Subscription doesnt worked. VIP ends but wasnt renewed. I paid VIP extra by diamnond but i was charged twice. One for diamnonds order and one for VIP subsc. I filled a ticket, but noone answer or solve it.

This month, my VIP ends yesterday afternoon, Im waitin to renewal by subscription but nothing happen, Whats wrong? Who can help me?
