I have 2 acount in the game, sever S25, policies you like? a person can not establish some acount to play, if you do not have good support policy, I think many players will leave the game. Where share acount for playmates I think it does not affect the game. The important thing is how much money to play the game

You would need to file a ticket but I can bet it was for violations of the Terms of Service such as account sharing. You might wanna read the rules before you complain.
