stun frontrow with Arcane Lightning

if this stun is from ring i think its unlogic when he atk backrow and front gets stunned

its not supose to atk backrow and stun my main this is happening for weeks now

this whas last night domi final match you guys ow me a lvl8 crit/hit gem

it looks like this is fixed now ?? just compared 8 times with zendo and no stun from arcane skill ... also looks like the ridiculous stun rate from wolf ring dropped significant .. will test more when i get home from work.

ah yest i saw my GW stun one of the front members when attacking back row .. i thought it was a visual bug :P ..

it cant be intended as the description of the equipment says, '% chance of stunning targeted enemy'.

and it was working as intended before awakening system, so its ofc screw up on devs' part.

i hope it gets fixed soon (seems unlikely tho).
