I wasn't online for 4 hours, I come back on and can't chat. I keep getting the message saying I've been silenced. I wasn't even on line so what could I have done?

just finding excuses to mute u, not the first time wont be the last, take it further or u will be messed around

still actively chatting before logging out does not mean you will not be muted when your were offline. It could very possibly be that you were reported when you were still playing and when you were offline the GMs got to your case. For now, you can either wait till your mute expires which usually takes 1-3 days or submit a ticket HERE to find out the reason of your mute

no, i was talking up until i logged off. i was in guild chat only. what can i do to be able to speak to my guildmates? we have gauntlet in 10 minutes.

Someone else most likely entered on your account or you were silenced before logging off ( insulting/spamming/using innapropiate language ).
