I recharged 1000 diamonds with MOL points today and I've been waiting for it to load into my account. However, I've been waiting for quite some time and still nothing. I usually get it the minute I recharge. Please help, my points have already been deducted from my MOL account.

Hi...i'm Indonesian Player, i'm usually use UniPin to recharge, that's always work..and today i'm recharge 500 diamond cause i need to join event where's that end today, but...i'm not get my diamond.

I have the proof of transaction, try to wait for a while time, and refresh browser, but i'm still gain nothing.

What should I do??
