Missing totem

On the Tyccon held on 08.01.2015 I swapped my isolde with the chest totem . I got the chest , I opend it, it displayed the message that I got a totem but it was not on any totem tabs-Set totemsor upgrade. I have spoked with a mod, provided pics of the incident but untill today I did not recieved any totem . I already submitted 2 tikets but they were closed by status ''null''. Case #261819 and #261836 . Please advice.

The totem you got from exchanging Isolde's icon was received and so does the Totem.
Only problem is, they look the same as the green ones you get from Sacrifice, so you must likely used it without noticing it.

i think u used it for upgrade .. its color is green too so u won't be abel to tell them from lvl1 or lvl2 exp totem untill u put ur mouse over them ..
Maybe wrong .. Just saying it can happen
