chat after update

server: S106 Mana City
character: Ceres

after todays update, chat is showing every send message 2 times.

how to reproduce:
1) send some message to world chat
2) relog
3) then you will see every message written 2 times

if there are already any messages in chat before you send one, then you will still see those messages 2 times

It was already reported.
If people have the chat on " All " they will see double, if they have it on world/guild/team/etc it's working fine.
