ranking prize gone

hi i just logged in my game after the reset.and when i try to claim my ranking prize it says "PRIZE HAVE ALREADY BEEN CLAIMED" which i did not. i only be able to claim my CoM ranking prize the rest of my warm gemo raiders etc etc can't be claim.can you fix this. and why there are no tycoon prize to claim as well as usual for those who already in rank.is loa going on a huge upgrade or something, everything is not in places, yesterday i can't even claim my totem ready reward and the server time is changed.

i need the daily ranking prize as it is during tycoon and ppl are all going nuts over the pts.pls pls fix it thanks
