S2- Sylvia Copse - BUG

1. Devotion (Retrieval) - After reset it is empty, so I couldn't retrieve anything =="

2. Character panel and runes - Nothing , blank...

3. Team Dungeon - Not working and it says "Dungeon level too low"

4. Raiders ( BARRED from entering ) - no pictures cause NOT AVAILABLE...

5. Lower than the original "BATTLE RATING"

6. Dragon and enchant panel BUGGED

This is the 3rd day now of all the same bugs. is anything being done?

I put in tickets and what do I hear back: Thank you for submitting your concern.

Next reply from them: Thank you for informing us. Kindly provide us a screenshot of the bug problem or effects of bug for us to know.

I sent in screen shots with the ticket!
Makes me think they are not even looking at the tickets , just copy and paste a standard reply and ignore the problems!

Now they have the LoA gratitude thing going.
If you Really do want to show your gratitude: FIX THE GAME!
Sure the gifts are nice to have, But I think most would agree with me that: A game that actually works like it is suppose to would be a LOT nicer than the trinkets.
