Why different Hot event?

I want know why on my server not have in hot event all-round talent 30 loop and in onnipotence the extra lucky capsule.
Same on server 4 lunaria's grace not have it -_- but oceanic server have it

finally today we have it,but what about the 2 free lucky capsule we lost yesterday? -_- and obviously no compensation for that, come on do not be stingy

s38 still doesnt have it either, didnt pay attention earlier but when i logged on this evening there are only group buy tickets and crystals for crafting, no capsule.

Now that I've seen this thread, I looked on my server, and we don't have the extra lucky capsule either.

Ty and hope will be fix soon...anyway is not only on eu servers,im playing also on server 4 Lunaria's Grace and also there we dont have it

Europe servers have it as well, atleast the ones that I know ( and play on ).
