Game not Working.. Server S177 Pearly Highlands

Morning LOA,
Seems to be a major problem on our server. Most events at top not working ,gemology etc. lil helper not working, cannot collect rewards or compensation, when u click collect stays red. Sometimes you collect and sometimes you don't.No confirmation when you attempt to collect rewards

Been over 24 hours now LOA Staff,
Starting to be a waste of time playing or should I say perservering this game, first time I ever got a headache struggling through this stuff. Need some help guys. Whoever is pulling the strings over there must have failed Marketing 101...Keep your customer informed..Suggest he/she get retested..And I had so much hope for this game
