Tournament Reward cant claim

Im at 68 before the tournament ended, and i tried to claim it when the event is over but i cant click on the chest icon to claim mine. I thought it was just a glitch and would return after reset but now tournament is over and i have not received any rewards. MODS/VETS Please help.
