Toy capsule issue was reported. Also you should file a ticket with your screenshot just to see whether r2 will compensate for your losses. Hopefully they do. This goes for every player affected when performing the combos.

i got gold ticket combo but when i used capsule coin i got only capsule coin that worth 2 instead 7
