I have some letters of 7 of spades and hearts but can not change them in hot events, someone could help me?

PS: I know that in my cards have a lock on the cards but i can not take it too :/

spades and hearts of 7 are special cards, and cant be swapped for points. And flashy 7 of spades or heart are different cards than 7 of spades or heart. So You have to get Flashy 7 of heart or spade, in order to swapp in hot event.
