MY char got error problem

when i do tarot, i can't surpass lvl 2, because when i try to place req. cards to the box, it's always slipping (happened so many times, until time is over) then i have a issue with frigg angel, i can't see frig's stats from my angel list, and when i click on someone's character that is using frigg, it doesn't show up properly, already sent ticket but still not get the answers
