i have spoken to a gm/mentor on s19 about a missing khaos atlas card, i sent the ticket before he/she asked for a screenshot and have not received a confirmation email with the ticket number yet. so here is a screenshot of my training page as asked, and it shows why i can not speak to the gm in pm on the server. instead of the gm it is sending the message to a guildmate.

the card disappeared when changing it from a mercenary back to my main. 'card does not exist' was the message i got while drag and dropping from my inventory to the slot, with the card disappearing completely after refresh.
