Recharge today 2x2k diamonds,still not get them,without them i cannot get 480k tycoon points reward.its not possible that after every recharge i do to open tickets for getting them,every single time

Once opening a ticket you need to wait 24h/48h for an answer from the support.
If after that time you didn't, I'll ask you to post your ticket number ( or email that you used to submit ticket if you don't know the number of it ) and I will report it to the Staff to have a look into it.
