Problem Synthing my Dragon Commander

I obtained 500 shreds of Dragon Commander Shred, and it does not light up on my synth.
Can not synth Dragon commander.
I spent all sorts of my resources to get these shreds and it became useless.
Please, let me know how I can make it work.

We dont have dragon commander sylph, dragon commander is evolution for hero dragon whisperer and should in synth section under 'Hero' category.
