I finally fixed my issue myself with the help of a friend.
Basically for this we need a non-buggy hero of same quality and upgrade+0.
Then inherit to this hero and inherit back to the old hero fixes the issue.
Sadly for her, she hasn't got any golden hero with 0 upgrades.
If you could help her with any golden hero temporarily so she can fix her issue then it would be of great help.
She has been facing this issue far longer than me, for more than 4 months.
Please help her what you can do.
