my "Hallowed Hall (Angel)" in S354 Silverfalls won't load since 3 days ago, i try to clear cache, re-installed mini client to fixed it, but still won't load.

Please send in a ticket to https://www.r2games.com/support. They may need to clear the system side cache for your character if this issue is only affecting you, or they'll need to access your toon to test it before forwarding the issue to the devs.
