No reply on tournament prize on how to collect it?

Excuse me, the GM was there looking for the team winners to ask them for something for the main page. Now, as for the wagers, there was a pm and game question and both were answered with the developers are working on it. Now it's affecting everyone and I find the manner in which you captured the GM saying Bye to the server as she left to go to other winners servers and do the same thing rather insulting and designed to stir. Shame on you.

Well it doesn't matter how many server they open, all of them has/had same client(possibly)
and when player spend, it was a donation to keep the server running and not a stupid move.

Fixing bug isn't easy as flipping table, so yeah they took a long time. They need to recheck everything after fixing a single bug to ensure there aren't new bug, but no matter how perfect a person is they may miss something.

well check the loot tables with tt prizes and sent em through ingame mail take one person max one day so ..............

Well reward from TT got only people who were on that night tournament ended rest got nothing and wagers got noone thats how it is i made ticket to support about it and got same nothing answer on mail as we see here ''The developers have been made aware and are going to work to resolve. Still no wager rewards on Team Tournament has been way past 2 hours now almost full day. All other rewards i was able to collect but not wagers. I have 10 wagers in place unable to collect hopefully this will be dealt with soon.
