New Boots from WC don't know how to transfer my current boots to give attributes???

I have hit every button I can find but I just want my new red boots to inherit the current level I have on my Conquest boots.... PLEASE HELP

not included in the game my friend. just give your old boots to any one of your heroes and try to upgrade your new boots. or you can sell your old boots for gold

Yeah, it's a pain to enhance/enchant/refine the new pair of boots from scratch, especially to a poor player like me.
