How do I recharge another player on my same server?

I notice that when I recharge, it asks me for the server.

Now I want to recharge my friend, but she is on the same server. She doesnt have a paypal acct or a credit card.

Anybody know how to do this? More or less give a friend a gift of diamonds?

Actually, if that was a loophole, it is closed, I posted the reason why. You can't change character name on shop page.

EDIT: It appears you can change a person's name on the 'free' offers tab though. That seems to be the only way to top up another person's account with diamonds.

theres another way. person who want recharge, can open free offer tab. let say Motomy sponsor page. copy that link give to u and there is option to pay

I know I'm not a mod, but I can confirm that I can't change character name in the store tab...it's only payable to one's self.
