Cant claim Alchemy reward

Hi. I spend 200 diamonds at once in tidal pool to buy big bait and I cant claim rewards from hot-events ~ alchemy.

Why? It doesn't say anywhere that u need to spend all 200 diamonds to something specifically.

You do have to spend diamonds at alchemy to get the alchemy hot events rewards. I think its pretty logical, the name of the event is Alchemy, so you have to spend diamonds at ALCHEMY.
