also having this bug since yesterday before WB.. i also send ticket but still no response..
after reset i thought everything will be back to normal.. but still ddnt.. kindly fix it as soon as possible.. cause its really inconvience..

Would it be possible to get an update on where techs stand on fixing this issue? I am trying to be patient. I really hope the compensation for this is worth all the stuff we have lost!

7 days without Loop Quests/Zodiac . Lost many regular items , some event items like Quiz Vouchers and Weel of Luck vouchers . Now Single Server Tycoon appear and nothing changed . How about finaly fixeing this bug , because me and other users , who had got this problem in need of items from Tycoon , but we are still not able to make this without Zodiac/Loop .

I have same problem already third day, also wrote a ticket - they told me to delete cookies/caches etc, nothing helps ;-) Then told me to wait till update - aaaand after update still show Database error. Would be nice finally fix it, when Tycoon is on ;-)

same with u i do what gm say but still doesn't work only in this game we got bad service
