seems pretty simple if you just read the event name. recharge rewards means you gotta recharge diamonds. recharge 999 diamonds and you can collect the bonus rewards listed next to it, just depends on how much you recharge. vip pack means you gotta be a vip, which is buying with diamonds or with subscription, depending on what you level is for vip, then you get the bonus rewards for that level.

...and vip isn't activated by recharging diamonds, it's activated by buying it. Also points to upgrade level are gotten by buying both items (500 diamonds to a point) and VIP renewals.
