Several ppl can't log in S39 Arhangel. Technical Issues?

Hello. What's happening with S39 Arhangel server? I can't log in,(over 6 hours ) I can't even acces the log-in site server. It''s not just me,I spoked on the phone with some ppl from my guild and other guilds and they can't log either. I didn't collect my tycoon points also,did not made dailly quests... Can we get an official answer? Thank You Tech/Mod team.

Same with S56 Starcrest Mountains - missed daily quests, quiz, TA, wyrm and collecting shells in beach treasure
