raise hero training cap

for though's who cant afford to spend on HoC event for new hero's .. you should raise the cap for hero's from midnight tavern. such as celestial maiden and berserker claw....
would be a tremendous help.

back to what i was saying. its for the non cashers... they too still deserve a chance for a better healer.

ok well my point was mainly for the lower lvl healers. they need to be upgraded .. or even make some kind of evolve for them to be raised to no rage healing like hekate ... of course diamonds would be involved.. but still.. its wourth trying to do
