    I have some flashy sevens from HOC, but never noticed an exchange for lvl 7 gems in Hot Events this time around , im on a new sever, started 7 days ago.
    Has this exchange for flashy sevens been nerfed?

    The event is there, you being on a new server probably didn't appear/is not there yet.
    Most likely next hoc event you will have it.
